I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the support during our recent event at the Hard Rock. All of the staff at the Hard Rock from planning to execution was a pleasure to work with. Every detail from candles, lighting, décor, live entertainment and the cuisine were perfectly prepared. Excellent job! There was absolutely nothing that could have been done to make our event more successful.

I have organized many events here at Qualcomm; this by far was the best. Thanks again for helping make our event so special!

Staff seemed very happy to be at work at the Hard Rock, enthusiastic about their job, and helpful to the best of their abilities. The catering/sales/events staff were above and beyond in performance onsite. The level of service was higher than I have experienced at other facilities and way more fun!

The banquet staff was AMAZING and the food was wonderful - they really pay attention to detail when it comes to how food is displayed. The staff also went above and beyond to please us - they are all rock stars! There was a real sense that they were appreciative of our business and that they looked forward to us coming back.

Beyond the amazing (meeting sales) staff at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, another feature that I was most impressed with was the in-guest-room technology hook up. Guests might be greeted with a personalized message and preferred music playing in their rooms, and presenters are able to use the connectivity to rehearse on the flat-screen in lieu of their notebook screen. These thoughtful touches mesh well with the cutting-edge image of Hard Rock, taking things serious, but making them fun.

Definite Rock Star treatment!

I brought my Uncle from Hawaii in to the Hotel Saturday and Sunday for a party that was very important to him. He is very well traveled and can be very demanding. You guys knocked it out of the park!

Carrie Sprague did an amazing job handling the accommodations, the hospitality requests and balancing some pretty colorful personalities. From the first contact through today, she was communicative, prompt and professional. You should be proud to have her.
