Shipping Policy

All packages and freight deliveries to the hotel are managed through our Shipping and Receiving Department. To ensure proper processing, please address all materials intended for guests as follows:

Confirmation and/or room number information is not necessary, but may be included if available. Packages for meeting attendees who are not registered guests of the hotel can also be received and stored - please indicate, if possible, event name as well as recipient phone number for the package arrival notification purposes.

Please Note: All packages sent to the hotel (as of July 1, 2015) will incur a handling charge based upon the weight of each item according to the list below. Storage fees will apply to packages remaining at the hotel, past the complimentary two (2) day period.

You will be able to pick up and pay for your packages at the front desk, with proper photo ID. You can also have packages delivered to your room by our bell staff, from 7AM to 11PM daily. All charges will be billed to the room at the end of your stay.

First two (2) days Free - Each additional day Storage Fee is $2 per package

Forklift Usage (4 hour minimum)

Forklift rental – $250 per hour or part thereof
Forklift labor – $45.00 per hour or part thereof
